Interactive discussions on how the teachings of the Buddha are applied in everyday life.
Methods such as loving kindness meditation, tranquil meditation and insight meditation based on the four foundations of mindfulness will be demonstrated.
The workshop will conclude with a light vegetarian lunch, practising mindful eating.
